JENNIFER SCHWAB
Founder and CEO
Jennifer Schwab Wangers, the founder and CEO of ENTITY Academy, has one goal in mind: to empower women and diverse talent through education and mentorship. After leaving her job as a tax consultant at Ernst & Young to pursue her passions, and co-founding Sierra Club Green Home, a preeminent sustainable lifestyle website, she launched ENTITY in 2016. Since then, she’s built ENTITY to be the first-ever upskilling marketplace for diverse-talent professionals dedicated to educating and helping them navigate the 21st-century job market so they can launch careers with high earning potential and advancement opportunities.

Stephanie Bedolla is ENTITY's Social Media and Marketing Coordinator. She received her bachelor's in journalism from California State University, Northridge. During her journalism training, she discovered that she had a passion for writing and social media. Stephanie spearheads the creation and distribution of social media assets on ENTITY's Facebook and Instagram pages. She also tracks the analytics on these posts to create social media strategies that engage ENTITY's community. She also plans email drip campaigns that are distributed to ENTITY's customer base and executes special projects for ENTITY's partner companies.

Katie Hammes is a skilled creative with nearly a decade of hands-on experience, specifically in marketing, graphic design, and website development at both in-house and agency-level environments. She designs advertisements for ENTITY's programs, creates assets including project completion badges used by the Student Success Team, assists with designing and organizing pages on ENTITY's website, and creates invitations and social media graphics for events such as ENTITY's Fireside Chat Speaker Series.

Dr. Roane mentors incoming students to aid in their success and make sure they have the support they need during this transitional period. As a data analyst, she helps to inform ENTITY’s educational goals and create data-driven curricula. She has over a decade of experience mentoring and educating students at various academic levels, both in-person and online. Dr. Roane obtained her Ph.D. in clinical health psychology and behavioral medicine from the University of North Texas. She completed her one-year pediatric psychology internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center/Munroe-Meyer Institute and her two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She has conducted both clinical work and research with a specialization in sleep and circadian rhythms. She has published over 25 articles, 5 book chapters, and given both national and international talks. More recently, to strengthen her data analytics skills she completed ENTITY's Data Science Virtual Academy.

TIM FISHER
Tim Fisher is a limited partner in March Capital, Trilantic Capital, and Three Ocean partners. Prior to his retirement in 2014, Tim was the Senior Vice President of The Hillman Company, where he is still part of their board of directors. The Hillman Company is a private, family-owned investment firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that manages a broadly diversified global portfolio focused on alternative assets.

SUSAN ROCKEFELLER
Susan Rockefeller is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, artist, and conservationist. She is the founder of Musings (musingsmag.com), a digital magazine that showcases responsible innovation and action for a better world. Susan sits on the boards of Oceana, Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, We Are Family Foundation, Asian Cultural Council, Peggy McGrath Rockefeller Foundation, David Rockefeller Fund, Land and Garden Preserve, and is a Mission Board Member of Imagine. Susan is also Principal of Louverture films and has exec- and co-produced over 20 acclaimed films including Viktor Kossakovsky’s Gunda and Aquarela; Barbara Ettinger’s A Sea Change: Imagine a World Without Fish; and her own film Mission of Mermaids: a love letter to the ocean. Susan is also a member of the Film Committee at MoMA, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and the Council on Foreign Relations.

GORDON WANGERS
Gordon Wangers is a marketing executive best known as a specialist in the automotive industry, especially for his work in luxury and high performance car marketing. He founded AMCI (Automotive Marketing Consultants, Inc.) and built it into the industry’s largest experiential marketing firm. AMCI pioneered the consumer comparison ride and drive. This concept was first adopted by Lexus in 1990 and has since become an industry standard. Wangers sold AMCI to Omnicom Media Group for $50 million. He continued as CEO of AMCI and then did M&A work for Omnicom. Wangers has held a variety of board positions, including leading automotive leasing company Donlen (board ended after the company’s sale to Hertz); TEN: The Enthusiast Network (board ended after company’s sale to Discovery Communications); and many others. Gordon also has expertise in identifying/mentoring talented young entrepreneurs and provides them with financing, counsel, and networking to help launch their businesses.
